Better Searching/Filtering

We've improved the way you search and filter data in Proofdesk. Tables now have improved full text search for key columns, and every column is filterable with your custom parameters.

We've improved the way dashboard works in Proofdesk. This includes a visual refresh, more data, and the leveraging of tables to show lists more clearly. Each table shows the user's assigned items by default, but can also be used to see other users' assigned items as well as unassigned items. A full list of changes can be seen below:

Refresh of Overview Figures

Improvements in how figures are presented:

  • Units for figures where appropriate

  • Tooltips on hover for change indicators

Additional Overview figures:

  • Onboarded Relationships

  • Reviews Completed

Addition of Upcoming Review Figures

Added figures summarising the status of reviews in the system:

  • Overdue - A count of relationships that have passed their 'Next Review Date'

  • Due Next 30 Days - A count of relationships that have their 'Next Review Date' in the next 30 Days.

  • Due This Quarter - A count of relationships with reviews that have their 'Next Review Date' in the current quarter. (Quarters are standardised to: Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec)

  • Due Next Quarter - A count of relationships with reviews that have their 'Next Review Date' in the upcoming quarter. (Quarters are standardised to: Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec)

Updated Relationship Onboarding Section

Better visibility of relationships currently in the 'Onboarding' stage, using a table filterable by assignees.

Updated Relationship Reviews Section

The Relationship Reviews section is now split into three tables, all filterable by assignees:

  • In-Progress Reviews - Relationships with a review currently in the process of being completed.

  • Upcoming Reviews - Relationships that have their 'Next Review Date' in the selected date range:

    • All - 'Next Review Date' any time in the future

    • Next 30 Days - 'Next Review Date' in the next 30 days from today

    • Next 90 Days - 'Next Review Date' in the next 90 days from today

    • This Month - 'Next Review Date' in the remainder of the current calendar month

    • Next Month - 'Next Review Date' in the next calendar month

    • This Quarter - 'Next Review Date' in the remainder of the current quarter (Quarters are standardised to: Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec)

    • Next Quarter - 'Next Review Date' in the next quarter (Quarters are standardised to: Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec)

  • Overdue Reviews - Relationships that have passed their 'Next Review Date'

Added Approvals and Policy Reviews Section

Relationships with an incomplete approval form are now listed in a table.

Policies with an upcoming review date are now listed in a table.

Updated Risk Overview

Improvements to risk overview:

  • The risk level piechart has moved to the bottom of the dashboard with better indicators for risk levels.

  • Added a fully searchable table that lists all entities with warning flags.
