New Default Reports: Insufficient CDD and Orphan Entities

We’ve made improvements to how Reports work in Proofdesk.

You can now:

  • Generate multiple reports at once — queue up several and let them run in parallel.

  • Monitor report progress — large reports now show their generation status in real time.

  • Delete reports you no longer need.

  • View reports inline within Proofdesk instead of them downloading automatically.

We’ve also added two new default report templates, available to all organisations:

Insufficient CDD Report

Quickly see what Customer Due Diligence (CDD) information is missing across your client base.

This report shows:

  • The number of entities linked to active relationships with complete or incomplete CDD

  • A detailed list of incomplete entities

  • The relationship references they’re connected to

  • The specific fields that are not identified and not verified

This is especially helpful after updating your Identity Policy or completing a data migration, when you want a quick gap analysis of missing or outdated CDD.

Orphan Entities Report

Lists entities stored in Proofdesk that aren’t linked to any active or onboarding relationship.

Use this to identify:

  • Personal data that no longer needs to be retained

  • Legacy entities that can be safely removed after a migration
