Every entity has an identity which stores information about the entity. The identy form is aware of what identity components need to be identified and verified as part of your . This means your team will be warned if any information is required but is not yet present, or if a is required to verify the information.


An entity's identity is a which stores all of the identifying information about them. Depending on the , this form will contain different identity components. The broad categories of identity components are:

  • Names: Trading names / personal names.

  • Incorporation Details / Personal Details: Incorporation date / date of birth etc...

  • Addresses: Registered office address / personal addresses etc...
