Relationship Termination

PreviousRelationship ApprovalNextDashboard

Last updated 9 days ago

A form marking the formal end of a relationship. Only team members with the appropriate can terminate the relationship.

It's useful to note that a relationship termination is not relationship deletion. Termination marks the end of a customer relationship and keeps all customer data for evidence, whereas deletion removes the relationship from the system entirely and irreversibly.

Once the relationship comes to a formal end, the relationship termination form can be filled out.

The relationship termination form consists of the following fields:

  • Date of Termination: The date the relationship ended or will end.

  • Reason for Termination: The reason the relationship ended. The options are as follow:

    • Business Relationship Concluded

    • Money Laundering

    • Terrorism Financing

    • Sanctions

    • Other

  • Additional Information: A free-text area for additional comments.
