An organisation is the workspace where all of your , and are stored, with each organisation matching a "relevant person" or "licence holder" in the real world. Put simply, your organisation is the company that you work for and the business that your customers engage with.

Managing Multiple Organisations

Many compliance teams are responsible for multiple "relevant persons" within the same group structure. In this case, you should create a new organisation for each "relevant person" that is required to submit an annual return.

Proofdesk allows you to invite your team to contribute within multiple organisations using the same user account and email address. This makes it quick and easy to switch between organisations from the same user account.
