Relationship Details
A form which is a part of the relationship review checklist, containing details of the nature of a customer relationship.
Relationship details contains the following fields:
Nature and Purpose: Freeform text to explain the commercial rationale for the relationship, the services the organisation will provide to the customer and any other details that may be necessary to evidence.
Regulated Activities: A field to indicate which of the organisation's regulated activities are relevant for this relationship.
Source of Business: Whether the business was referred (by an existing customer), introduced (by an introducer) or direct (independently sourced).
Introducer: Appears if the source of business is introduced. The entity or entities which introduced the relationship.
Face-to-Face Meeting: Whether the customer entity has been met by the firm directly, by a third party of the firm or not at all.
Face-to-Face Participants: Whether the firm understands who met the customer.
Source of Funds: Freeform text to provide details of how the customer is paying fees to the organisation and the source of the funds they are using.
Concession: Any concession that applies to this relationship.
Additional Information: Freeform text for any additional information.
