The entity linked to the relationship as the organisation's customer. It appears as part of the relationship review checklist and can be updated and/or reviewed directly.

The customer entity is linked immediately on creation of the relationship. Any changes to it will be reflected in new relationship reviews. It appears checked in the relationship review checklist if the ID&V of the entity is complete in alignment to the organisation's identity policy.
