Structure Charts

Due to popular demand, we are pleased to announce Proofdesk will now enable you to view entity structures as complete, interactive structure charts. We've heard from many compliance teams that this ability would vastly improve oversight into organisational structures stored within Proofdesk.

The new feature release will make it possible to:

  • View how any entity is connected to other entities - Open the structure chart for any entity from the Entity Sidebar or within the Relationship Sidebar.

  • Visualise and navigate Proofdesk more seamlessly - View details of the relationships between entities, and jump to other entity profiles from within the structure chart.

  • Compare with client-provided charts - Easily verify that organisation charts received from clients match your records in Proofdesk.

  • Export structure charts - Generate PDFs of any Structure Chart for sharing, printing, and documentation.

Access from Entity Sidebar

From any entity's profile, you will now find the new "View Structure Chart" button which opens the interactive structure chart in a modal.

Access from Relationship Sidebar

Similarly to Entity Sidebar, you will now find a small structure chart button next to the "Customer" section in the Relationship sidebar for any relationship. This will also open the interactive structure chart in a modal.

PDF exports

You will be able to export structure charts directly from the popup chart modal. Additionally, structure charts are automatically included on the cover page when exporting a complete entity PDF from an entity profile.
